We accept Paypal for samples and small bulk orders. If you have no PayPal account, you can still make payment through the PayPal option by selecting credit card payment without logging in. PayPal supports most credit cards.
For bulk orders, you can make a payment according to the PI, which will have our company bank information attached.

If the package is broken when you receive it, you need to do the above things and send an email with your order number to our email (info@twilight-lighting.com) immediately, and give the broken information to the delivery person.
You need to provide this feedback no more than 3 days after you receive the goods. If you didn’t take pictures before opening the box, including the 4 points above, we will have no evidence to claim compensation from Express.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the package is broken on the way, we will contact the Express company and follow up with the claim for compensation. At the same time, we will communicate with you about the situation. If it is totally broken, we will exchange a new one for you or refund the money to you. Our company will not accept returns for other situations beyond the above.
Exchange/Return/Refund Operation Time: 7-9 work days after a confirmed email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@twilight-lighting.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For the above approved situations, we will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
If for some special situation, we are in agreement together to return goods not because they were broken on the way or were defective or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
