From the China warehouse, we can ship to most of the world. For different countries, the freight may differ; it depends on the distance and all other situations. If you didn't find your country when you check out, please contact us by email: info@twilight-lighting.com. If the freight showed abnormally high, please contact us to review it again.
We ship bulk goods to the USA by boat in advance; the freight would be much lower than sending from the China warehouse. Please check the In-Stock Items on our website.
We try our best to offer the best service to all of the world. At present, more warehouses are being planned in different countries. You can sign up as our member so that we can inform you timely. If we open a new warehouse in your country, we will send you an email.
Our price does not include freight. You will need to pay the freight when you check out. It will show the amount; if you think the freight is not reasonable, you can also send us an email to check it again.
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT: 3-5 days on the way. We normally offer very good prices for the freight. During the hot sale season, it may take longer. Most of the time will not be beyond 7-9 days.
Please notice: if you use this shipping method, you may need to pay the custom tax in your local country. For specific details, please call them to learn more. Normally, when the goods arrive, the express workers will contact you or you will get information to deal with the custom tax.
For example, the European Special Line generally takes 10-15 days on the way and includes customs duties. You don't need to pay extra customs duties in your local country. When you check out, you can select this kind of shipping way if available.
We will send you the freight cost by email after the order is confirmed. We will select from our cooperated forwarder to charge your freight. Or you can have your own forwarder to pick up goods from our factory.
Goods sent out from China warehouse:
Used by Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT), you may need to pay the customs duties in your local country. When the goods arrive, the Express staff will contact you to ask you to pay for the customs duties. Each country is different. You can call the local customs office to check it.
Goods sent out from Local country warehouse:
It will have no customs duties.
Goods sent out by transport special country line:
It will have no customs duties.
If the goods have already arrived at the local country's customs, and due to the client not paying the customs duties, the goods are sent back to China, we will not arrange to ship out the goods again unless the client makes payment again for a new one.
Once you place an order online, we will send you a confirmation email. If goods are sent out from the China warehouse, you also will be informed.
